Please review these policies before booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to our Studio Policies & Guidelines.

These policies help us provide a safe, comfortable experience for every client and protect the time reserved specifically for you.

Studio Guidelines

• Only the client receiving treatment may enter the studio. No guests or children.

• No food or pets are permitted.

• Medical alert service dogs are welcome. Please notify us in advance.

• Emotional support animals are not permitted.

Client Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to receive treatment.

Services cannot be performed if you are:

• Pregnant

• Under the influence of drugs or alcohol

• Showing visible signs of illness or injury to the treatment area

Numbing

Do not apply numbing products before your appointment.

We provide professional topical anesthetics during your treatment. Applying your own numbing product beforehand can affect the skin and treatment process.

If numbing has been applied before arrival, your appointment will be canceled and our cancellation policy will apply.

Consultations

A separate consultation is not required for most clients. Your artist will review your goals, color, shape, treatment plan, and any questions at the beginning of your appointment.

Pre-approval is required before booking if:

• You have previous cosmetic tattooing or microblading in the treatment area, regardless of how long ago it was done or how faded it appears

• You have a medical condition that affects the treatment area

Previous Cosmetic Tattooing

If you have previous cosmetic tattooing or microblading from another artist, approval is required before booking, regardless of how old or faded the work may be.

Please note:

• Work completed by another artist or studio is considered a new treatment at Sculpted Studios.

• Touch-up or maintenance pricing from another artist or studio does not transfer to Sculpted Studios.

• Unapproved previous work will result in cancellation.

• If you arrive with previous work that was not approved, your appointment will be canceled and our cancellation policy will apply.

• Significant corrective work requires an additional $200 correction fee.

Booking Fees

All booking fees are non-refundable and reserve your appointment time.

Please confirm your availability before booking.

Rescheduling

• Your booking fee may be transferred one time when rescheduling with at least 5 days’ notice.

• Any additional rescheduling will require a new booking fee.

• Less than 5 days’ notice will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

• Booking fees cannot be held as credit toward an unscheduled future appointment.

• A new appointment must be selected when rescheduling.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment, for any reason, will result in the full service amount being charged.

Failure to attend your appointment will also result in the full service amount being charged.

No exceptions.

Arrival & Late Policy

The studio opens 15 minutes before your appointment.

We provide a 10-minute grace period. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may prevent us from completing your treatment safely and without affecting the next client’s appointment.

If your appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival, it will be canceled and the applicable cancellation policy will apply.

Multiple Sessions & Results

Cosmetic tattooing is a multi-session process. Most clients require 2–3 treatments to achieve their desired result.

The number of sessions varies based on your starting point, skin, age, lifestyle, treatment type, and pre-care and aftercare compliance.

For most treatments, we recommend planning for at least two sessions within approximately 4 months.

Pricing is per session. There are no inflated upfront treatment costs or different appointment prices based on how much time has passed. You simply pay for each session as you go.

Book Two & Book Three Bundles

Bundles provide preferred pricing in exchange for committing to the complete session booked.

Your artist reserves additional time specifically for your bundle. If you choose to reschedule, remove, or skip a treatment within 5 days of your appointment or on the day of your appointment, the full bundle price remains due.

Financed Appointments

Appointments booked using a financing or payment plan option are final and non-refundable.

Financed appointments cannot be canceled, rescheduled, transferred, or credited toward a future appointment.

Please confirm your availability before booking with a financing option.

Pre-Care & Aftercare

Following your pre-care and aftercare instructions is required for safe treatment and proper healing.

Failure to follow required pre-care may prevent us from performing your treatment. If your appointment cannot proceed, the applicable cancellation policy will apply.

Studio Changes & Pricing

Occasionally, Sculpted Studios may need to adjust an appointment date or time. Any changes will be communicated by email.

Pricing is subject to change. Once your appointment is booked, your current service price is locked in.
