Training Terms & Conditions

Effective Upon Registration

This agreement becomes effective immediately upon registration for any training course offered by Sculpted Studios, LLC. Submission of a retainer, deposit, or tuition payment confirms enrollment and constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Licensing

Students must be at least 18 years of age to enroll.

Sculpted Studios is not responsible for verifying or ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, or international licensing and regulatory requirements.

Each student is solely responsible for confirming that they meet all applicable requirements to practice the techniques taught, including any necessary licensing, certifications, permits, insurance, or supervision.

2. Booking, Payments & Tuition

In-Person Training

A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required to reserve a training seat. This retainer is applied toward the total tuition.

• Full tuition must be received no later than 5 days before the scheduled training start date to maintain enrollment.

• Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of enrollment and forfeiture of the retainer. All payments are final and non transferable.

• If a course includes pre-class digital education, tuition must be paid in full before access is granted.

• Once digital materials have been released, all payments are final and non-transferable.

Student cancellations, illness, personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or travel disruptions do not automatically qualify for a refund, credit, or transfer.

Online Training

All online course purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Online education is provided through a limited-access educational license. Purchasing a course does not grant ownership of its content.

Access periods vary by course and are disclosed at the time of purchase. Students are responsible for reviewing and understanding these limitations before enrolling.

Course access will not be extended due to incomplete coursework, scheduling conflicts, or failure to use the materials within the designated period.

3. Mandatory Pre-Training Requirements

Any assigned pre-class education, coursework, or preparation must be completed before attending in-person training.

Failure to complete required materials may affect the student’s ability to participate in practical exercises or live model work.

4. Attendance & Participation

Students are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions in full and arrive prepared and on time.

Training hours may be adjusted or extended at the instructor’s discretion to accommodate educational needs.

Late arrival, absence, early departure, or failure to complete required activities may result in restricted participation, including live model work, or ineligibility for certification.

Missed training hours are not automatically eligible for replacement, credit, or refund.

5. Live Model Work & Student Responsibilities

For any training that includes live model work, securing a suitable model is the student’s responsibility, regardless of the training location or whether the student is traveling domestically or internationally to attend.

Sculpted Studios understands that securing a model may be challenging, particularly for students traveling from outside the training area. As a courtesy, Sculpted Studios may assist by publishing public model calls and sharing available opportunities through its marketing channels.

However, this assistance does not constitute a guarantee that a model will be secured.

Students acknowledge and agree that:

• Model sourcing is the student’s responsibility. Students are encouraged to arrange and confirm their own model in advance of training.

• Sculpted Studios does not guarantee model availability. Public model calls depend on voluntary responses, eligibility, and scheduling.

• Travel does not change this responsibility. Students traveling from another city, state, or country remain responsible for securing their model.

• Models must meet eligibility requirements. All models are subject to screening and approval by Sculpted Studios before treatment.

• Model attendance cannot be guaranteed. Models may cancel, become ill, arrive late, or fail to attend, including those sourced through Sculpted Studios.

• Model participation is subject to student readiness. The instructor reserves the right to deny or discontinue live model work when student performance, hygiene, safety, or technical ability does not meet the required standard.

Failure to secure a model, model cancellation, or model nonattendance does not constitute grounds for a tuition refund, credit, or complimentary additional training.

If a suitable model is unavailable, the instructor may substitute demonstrations, simulated practice, technical exercises, or other educational activities at their discretion.

While Sculpted Studios will make reasonable efforts to assist students, students who wish to ensure that a model is arranged for their training should provide their own approved model. Actual participation remains subject to model attendance, eligibility, and student readiness.

6. Satisfactory Progress & Certification

Student performance is evaluated throughout training.

Enrollment, attendance, and payment of tuition do not automatically guarantee certification or successful completion.

Sculpted Studios reserves the right to withhold certification or restrict participation in practical treatments if a student does not demonstrate the necessary knowledge, technical ability, hygiene practices, or professional judgment.

Additional educational opportunities, including mentorship, lab days, supervised model sessions, or shadowing, may be available to graduates at an additional cost.

7. Training Kits & Materials

When included in the course tuition, training kits will be distributed on the first day of in-person training unless otherwise specified.

Kit contents may vary based on course structure, product availability, or educational requirements.

8. Advanced Standing

Previous education, certifications, professional experience, or existing industry credentials do not automatically qualify students for advanced placement, exemption from coursework, reduced training hours, or modifications to course requirements.

9. Student Conduct, Hygiene & Safety

Professional behavior, respect for instructors and fellow students, and compliance with hygiene and safety protocols are required throughout training.

Disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, or otherwise unprofessional behavior may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

Students must comply with the following standards, particularly during practical and live model sessions:

• Wear clean, appropriate professional clothing.

• Avoid strong fragrances and offensive clothing.

• Keep nails short and suitable for safe treatment procedures.

• Wear closed-toe shoes.

• Keep long hair securely tied back.

• Minimize jewelry that may interfere with hygiene or treatment.

• Follow all sanitation, infection-control, and instructor safety protocols.

Failure to comply may result in restricted participation or dismissal.

10. Brand Affiliation & Representation

Enrollment or graduation does not grant permission to represent yourself as an employee, affiliate, partner, authorized trainer, or educator of Sculpted Studios.

Students may accurately reference their completed education but may not imply endorsement, employment, or official affiliation without prior written authorization.

11. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All educational materials, including course manuals, videos, presentations, demonstrations, methodologies, illustrations, training resources, and proprietary content, remain the intellectual property of Sculpted Studios, LLC or their respective rights holders.

Enrollment grants students a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use materials for their own education.

Without prior written authorization, students may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share course materials.

• Record, livestream, or redistribute training sessions or demonstrations.

• Upload course materials to public or private educational platforms.

• Repackage or reproduce proprietary methods or educational content for commercial training purposes.

• Share login credentials or grant third parties access to purchased courses.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

12. Educational Disclaimer

All training is provided for educational purposes.

Course content does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or business advice.

Sculpted Studios does not guarantee professional results, client outcomes, income, employment, or business success.

Students are responsible for applying their education appropriately and within the scope of their professional qualifications and applicable regulations.

13. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Students acknowledge that practical cosmetic tattoo training involves inherent risks, including exposure to equipment, pigments, topical products, and procedures involving the skin.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, students agree to release and hold harmless Sculpted Studios, LLC, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from their participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Students remain responsible for their own professional conduct, licensing, insurance, and future treatment outcomes.

14. Training Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure

Sculpted Studios reserves the right to reschedule, modify, postpone, or cancel training when necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or facility-related issues.

When Sculpted Studios cancels a course and does not provide a suitable alternative, students will be offered a refund of tuition paid for the canceled training.

Sculpted Studios is not responsible for independently arranged travel, accommodation, transportation, lost income, or other expenses incurred in connection with training.

Students are encouraged to consider refundable travel arrangements or appropriate travel insurance.

15. Privacy & Communication

By enrolling, students consent to receive necessary communications relating to their training, including scheduling, preparation, payment reminders, course access, and updates by email or text message.

Optional marketing communications may be declined in accordance with applicable law.

16. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By submitting payment or completing registration, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

The student acknowledges that enrollment represents a commitment to the scheduled training and that all applicable payment, attendance, model participation, and educational requirements remain in effect.
