Sculpted Studios Training: Terms & Conditions

This agreement is effective immediately upon registration for any training course with Sculpted Studios, LLC. Your retainer payment constitutes your registration, acknowledgment, and full acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility

• Students must be 18 years of age or older to enroll.
• A certificate of attendance will be provided upon completion of training. Sculpted Studios is not responsible for compliance with local/state licensing regulations.

Booking Retainer & Tuition – In-Person Classes

• A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer fee is required to enroll.
• Retainer applies toward the course balance.
• If the course includes pre-class online material, full tuition must be paid before access is granted.
• Once full payment is received and content is released, all payments are final.

Booking Tuition – Online Classes

• All purchases for online classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Third-Party Financing (In-Person Only)

• If training is financed through a third-party lender, the loan is a separate agreement.
• All financed enrollments are non-refundable and final.

Attendance & Tardiness

• Punctuality and full attendance are required for certification.
• Class times may extend or shift at the instructor’s discretion.
• Failure to attend full sessions may result in dismissal from the program or loss of model participation privileges.

Satisfactory Progress & Live Model Eligibility & Model Requirements

• Student progress will be evaluated throughout training.
• Instructors reserve the right to restrict live model access based on skill level and safety.
• Additional practice opportunities (lab days, shadowing, supervised model sessions) are available at an extra cost.
• Students are responsible for securing their own model for hands-on work during class.If you are traveling for training and need assistance, we are happy to help you connect with a local model; however, we cannot guarantee model availability. The only way to guarantee a live model is to bring your own.

Mandatory Pre-Training Requirements

• If applicable, pre-class online content must be completed.
• Full tuition must be paid 12 days prior to class start or your seat will be forfeited.

Kit Materials

• If applicable, kits are provided on the first in-studio day.
• Substitutions may occur if items are out of stock.

Advanced Standing

• Prior education does not provide advanced placement.

Student Conduct & Hygiene

• Disruptive, inappropriate, or unprofessional behavior will result in dismissal.
• Hygiene and dress code must meet health and safety standards for model days
  • No offensive clothing, excessive fragrances, long nails, or open-toed shoes.
  • Hair must be tied back; minimal jewelry.
  • Sculpted reserves the right to dismiss students not in compliance.

Brand Affiliation

• Enrollment does not permit students to represent or market themselves as a Sculpted Studios affiliate, employee, or educator.

• Training materials are for educational purposes only and not legal or medical advice.
• No guarantee of results, income, or employment is implied.
• Sculpted is not liable for external delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property & Usage

• Sharing, copying, or reproducing training content is prohibited.
• All training materials are protected by copyright law.
• Your enrollment grants a limited license for personal use only.

Liability Waiver

• Students agree to hold Sculpted Studios harmless for any claims, damages, injuries, or losses resulting from participation in training.

Force Majeure

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, power outages), training may be rescheduled.

Privacy Policy

• By enrolling, students consent to receive emails, texts, and other communications.
• You may opt-out at any time.
