This agreement becomes effective immediately upon registration for any training course with Sculpted Studios, LLC. Submission of your retainer or payment confirms your enrollment and signifies full acknowledgment and acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

Students must be 18 years or older to enroll.

Sculpted Studios is not responsible for compliance with local, state, or international licensing regulations. Each student is solely responsible for ensuring they meet all requirements applicable in their jurisdiction.

Booking, Payments & Tuition

In-Person Training

A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required to secure your seat. This retainer is applied toward your total tuition balance.

Full tuition must be received at least 12 days prior to the training start date to maintain enrollment.

If your course includes pre-class online content, full tuition must be paid before access is granted. Once payment is completed and any digital materials are released, all payments are final.

Online Training

All online course purchases are final. Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Online courses are provided as a limited access license. Purchase does not grant ownership of the course content. Access is granted for a specific period of time, which varies by course.

It is your responsibility to review and understand the access duration at the time of purchase. Course access will not be extended for any reason, including failure to complete the material within the allotted timeframe.

Mandatory Pre-Training Requirements

Any assigned pre-class content must be completed prior to the start of in-person training. Failure to complete required coursework may impact participation in hands-on training.

Attendance & Participation

Class hours may be adjusted or extended at the instructor’s discretion.

Tardiness, absence, or leaving early may result in loss of eligibility for certification and/or participation in live model sessions.

Satisfactory Progress & Live Model Eligibility

Student performance is evaluated throughout training. Sculpted Studios reserves the right to restrict or deny access to live models if safety, skill level, or readiness is a concern.

Students are responsible for securing their own model. While assistance may be offered through model calls, availability is not guaranteed. Bringing your own model is the only way to ensure participation.

Additional mentorship opportunities, including lab days, supervised sessions, or shadowing, may be offered to graduates at an additional cost.

Kit Materials

If included, training kits will be distributed on the first day of in-person training.

Advanced Standing

Prior training or experience does not qualify students for advanced placement, exemption, or modification of course requirements.

Student Conduct & Hygiene

Professionalism is required at all times.

Disruptive, disrespectful, or unprofessional behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

Students must meet hygiene and safety standards, especially on model days:

• No offensive clothing or strong fragrances

• No long nails or open-toed shoes

• Hair must be tied back

• Jewelry must be minimal

Failure to comply may result in dismissal.

Brand Affiliation

Enrollment does not grant permission to represent, market, or present yourself as an affiliate, employee, or educator of Sculpted Studios in any capacity.

Intellectual Property & Content Use

All course materials, including videos, manuals, and training content, are the exclusive property of Sculpted Studios, LLC and are protected under U.S. and international trademark and copyright laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, recorded, shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Enrollment grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.

Unauthorized use may result in revoked access without refund and potential legal action.

All training materials are provided for educational purposes only.

They do not constitute medical, legal, or business advice.

No guarantees of results, income, or employment are made or implied.

Sculpted Studios is not responsible for outcomes resulting from the application of training material or for circumstances outside of its control.

Liability Waiver

By enrolling and participating in any training, students agree to release and hold harmless Sculpted Studios, LLC, its affiliates, and instructors from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation.

Force Majeure

Sculpted Studios reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel training due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, travel disruptions, or power outages.

Privacy & Communication

By enrolling, you consent to receive communication from Sculpted Studios, including email and text messages related to your training and updates.

You may opt out at any time.
