SCULPTED MENTORSHIP

Full payment is considered a retainer and secures your spot in Sculpted’s mentorship, and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Full payment is required to begin your mentorship. No refunds are given at any point.

SCHEDULE OF LESSONS
Mentoring sessions will be weekly for coaching and are scheduled in advance for the entire duration of your program.  You will be given your full schedule before beginning your program. There is a ten minute grace period for all calls after which the call will be terminated and you will forfeit that days coaching session.

CHANGE OF SCHEDULE
Changes in the schedule may occur suddenly and without notice due to matters beyond coaches’ control.  If your coach needs to reschedule for reasons beyond their control, you will be notified immediately, and a replacement call will be provided. To reschedule a coaching call on your own behalf, a week’s notice is required, and rescheduling may not be possible. If you cancel your mentoring session, it is considered missed. 

OBLIGATIONS OF THE COACHES

The coaches agree to undertake all preparation before lessons and to structure lessons in such a way as to optimize the benefit of the students based on their goals. Coaching is in a one-on-one private setting and conducted online. Sessions can be recorded at the student’s request.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE STUDENT
The student is responsible for identifying problem areas and struggles in which the student needs specific coaching. The student agrees to provide their own materials needed for each tutoring session. The student agrees that homework, tasks, and exercises assigned are an integral part of coaching and undertakes the responsibility to complete such work in a timely fashion. Coaching will require the students to commit, hold themselves accountable, show up on time, and put in the work necessary to get the results.

NO WARRANTIES
Whilst the coach is an expert in their field, the coach makes no promises or warranties with regard to a student’s performance as a result of any coaching provided. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property within this course belongs to Sculpted. If there are downloadable sections provided for students to keep they are subject to copyright laws and cannot be recorded or copied. This is enforceable by law.

TERMINATION
This tutoring contract may be terminated immediately by Sculpted without notice if any of the conditions of the contract are breached of for any behavior deemed unacceptable or unruly.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

WHOLE AGREEMENT
By committing to your coaching program and completing payment, you agree to all the terms and conditions laid forth in the terms and conditions herein.  These terms and conditions constitute the entire understanding between the parties with regard to the subject matter thereof, and the parties waive the right to rely on any alleged expressed or implied provision not contained herein. Any alteration to these terms must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
